The 2024 RGME Open Business Meeting takes place, as customary, at lunchtime at the International Congress on Medieval Studies. Lunch will be provided through a recurring donation for the purpose. Donations are welcome to help us to cover expenses.
This year, like 2023, the Open Business Meeting will take place in hybrid format. This extra component is designed to provide wider access beyond the scheduled in-person event on the Congress Program (page 19), so that attendees registered for the Congress but unable to travel can have online access as the Congress provides for some events.
Like last year, the online facility for our Open Business Meeting (and our in-person Sessions) is provided by the RGME.

All are welcome. Lunch will be provided. Donations are welcome to cover the expenses.
You are welcome to attend our Open Business Meeting online if you register for the Congress. The Meeting will take place in person, but we will provide online access to it by RGME Zoom, like last year.
You could attend in person without further registration, but we ask that you register to let us know how many to expect for the catering and other arrangements.
Online access to the Meeting is available through RGME Zoom, for which you can register free-of-charge (for Congress Registrants) ahead of time. See below.
