[First published on our first website on 19 April 2006, with updates there and here]
The Research Group on Manuscript Evidence has Trustees, Officers, Associates, Advisers, Volunteers, and other participants, who contribute expertise, skills, materials, services, and funding to our work and activities. Our current Activities, Plans, Requirements, Requests, and Aims are reported concisely in the one-page Agenda for our Open Business Meeting, downloadable here, with suggestions for how you might contribute. Our organization is powered by volunteers.
We also have Subscribing Donors for our Bulletin ShelfLife and Sponsors & Benefactors who donate funding for the publication of the Bulletin and for other aspects of our work. We list, as they wish, the names of our Sponsors & Benefactors, both individual and institutional, in our Bulletin and on the Posters, Announcements, and Programs of our Symposia, Colloquia, Workshops, Exhibitions, Receptions, and other Events.
Now we also have the Friends of the Research Group on Manuscript Evidence (by request, from 2024, our landmark Anniversary Year). In this way, all might join the Research Group freely (without charge) and welcome to participate, without requiring scholarly and related contributions as such in a graded series of steps. Please join here:
Officers, Associates, and Volunteers of the RGME participate in various ways in our many activities, projects, events, and publications, both online and in print, as well as in the maintenance of the organization as a nonprofit educational corporation. The contributions, more than once, demonstrate a dedication to our mission and activities merit attention and commendation. These contributions are recorded for our Events, Activities at the Annual International Congress on Medieval Studies, Publications, Blogs, and in our website as a whole.
Here we list, with heartfelt thanks, our Contributors and Donors in funding and in kind.

In Memoriam
We move from a happy note. Into a longer view, recognizing that, perforce, over time, we must record and honor those of our company who have gone before us. We remember their presence, and we thank them for their companionship, in this earnest ongoing quest for learning, understanding, collegiality, advice, and encouragement.
We record our thanks, with sorrow, esteem, and remembrance. Over time, we gather Memorials in testimony to their presence.
