Image Public Domain via https:\/\/gallica.bnf.fr\/ark:\/12148\/btv1b55008559f\/f38.item.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>For the two Symposia, we examine aspects of \u201c<b>Agents and Agencies<\/b>\u201d for books, mainly by human forces.\u00a0These aspects can range from the processes whereby the initial inspiration comes to take shape on the pages of manuscripts or printed books, combining words as well as images (including the image of the words themselves).
