Subscriptions & Donations

Ways to Join our Activities and Subscribe to ShelfLife

Our new Bulletin ShelfLife is our principal vehicle for raising funds for our work and our nonprofit educational organization.  We offer a variety of ways for purchase or donation that may best suit your own specific interests, abilities, and wishes.

Reasons and Opportunities to Contribute in Various Ways

We invite you to join our mission and to contribute to our activities with funding, expertise, services, supplies, and other resources.  Funding alone does not produce our results, but it is an essential ingredient for undertaking, promoting, and accomplishing them.  We ask your support to maintain and to expand our innovative educational organization.

Your donations will be used to support our organization and its activities, to develop an Endowment, or even to establish Named Funds.  You may designate specific purposes for your sponsorship or benefactions, including (at an appropriate level) Named Funds, which may be established for special objectives and/or in honor or in memory of friends, family, colleagues, or mentors.  We will, if you wish, cite your name as an individual or institution among our "Sponsors & Benefactors" listed in ShelfLife.

We also welcome other contributions for our work, in kind, in services, and the like.  These varieties of contributions and donations have paved the way for our accomplishments so far.  Such combinations may well pave the way for our future achievements, in which we hope you might wish to be included.

We thank you for your generous support.

How to Subscribe to ShelfLife, Donate to the Research Group, and Join Our Mission

  • Printed copies of ShelfLife may be purchased in their own right, at the cover charge (including sales tax as required).  We will be glad to provide invoices for this choice, upon request.

  • However, for those who wish to donate to the Research Group, each Subscribing Donor giving a minimum annual subscription-level donation (at a lower rate than the cover charge) will receive a copy of the year's issue free of charge, as a gift of appreciation.  These donations are fully tax-deductable (in accordance with the prescribed conditions in the United States for charitable contributions, which this case specifically fulfills).  These donations may also, depending upon relevant State law, be exempt from sales tax.

  • Donors giving higher levels of annual support may become Sponsors of ShelfLife, Benefactors of the Research Group, and Patrons for our Endowment.  They may also (at an appropriate level) establish or contribute to specific Named Funds.  If wished, we will gladly list their names in the year's issue of ShelfLife.

To purchase ShelfLife, to request an invoice, to receive ShelfLife as a Subscribing Donor, to become a Sponsor, Benefactor, or Patron, and to contribute to our cause in other ways please send us your contact information.  We invite you to use this form also if you wish simply to ask to be included in our mailing list for notices of our activities.

As you find most convenient, you might block-copy or print out the form and complete it to send it to us by email or by mail.  For making online payments directly, please click on the accompanying PayPal™ link below.
